August Shows

I have work in 2 group shows this month!

My piece "Lobo" is in the show ​ Animal Attraction II at the Sacramento Temporary Contemporary Gallery. 

The show runs Aug 7 - 28th and features work from some of my favorite Sacramento artists!

I am proud to have 3 pieces in the show Wax On at the Davis Art Center. This show features work by the Sierra Wax Artist group (Sacramento chapter of International Encaustic Artists).  

Wax On runs Aug 6th to Sept 5th. 

I am also busy preparing print works for the upcoming Hallberg Award Exhibit at Sierra College. Show details to follow. 

2013 Artists For The Cure

Well, the flurry of shows in July is over,  the new school year has started, and fall is just around the corner. Soon it will be October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Komen Sacramento is hosting the second annual Artists For The Cure event on Oct, 4th at the Elliot Fouts Gallery. This is the second year I have have donated a painting for this event.

The evening will include appetizers, cocktails, live music and a silent art auction.
The art pieces donated are 10'x10' wood panels starting at $40.

This is a great event and I am again so honored to be a part of this amazing group of local artists contributing work to help fight breast cancer. So click on over, purchase a ticket, and I will see you there!

Flywheel Grand Opening

Well, it is a bit short notice, but I will have art on display and for sale at the Flywheel Grand Opening tomorrow April 18th!​ Also showing their work will be the lovely Jill Allyn Stafford and Micah Crandall-Bear. So excited!
